We are excited to launch StopFinder, a new transportation app designed to provide families with bus stop locations, pick-up/drop-off times, and customizable GeoAlerts for school bus notifications.
Access to StopFinder is by email invitation ONLY
  • Invitations can take up to 1 week to be received
  • Invitations will be sent to your email associated with your ParentConnect account from “noreply@stopfinder.com
  • Ensure your email is up to date by logging in to ParentConnect or reaching out to your school

What is StopFinder?
StopFinder is a parent app that provides real-time notifications about your child’s school bus, including bus stop locations, pick-up/drop-off times, and customizable GeoAlerts.
Who can use StopFinder?
At this time, StopFinder is being launched as a pilot program for families at your school. A full district rollout will follow after the pilot phase.
How do I get access to StopFinder?
An invitation will be sent to the primary email address listed in ASD’s student information system. Please ensure your email is up to date with your school.
How do I set up my StopFinder account?
Once you receive your invitation email:
  1. Follow the link in the email to activate your account.
  2. Download the StopFinder app from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Log in using the credentials you set up during activation.
Can I track my child’s bus in real-time?
No, for safety reasons we do not allow real-time bus tracking. You can, however, receive GeoAlerts (notifications) when your child’s bus enters or exits designated areas.
Why did I not receive an invitation email?
  • The invitation was sent to the email address listed in the student information system (SIS)
  • Reach out to your school to confirm or update your email address
I shared a sub subscription with the wrong email address.
  • Recreate sub subscription 
  • Reach out Transportation to delete the incorrect email
